History of State Pipe:

State Pipe & Supply founded in Montebello, CA. primarily selling and reconditioning surplus oilfield tubular goods. |
| 1974 |
State Pipe expands into the Pacific Northwest with an office and 5-acre full service yard. |
| 1980 |
State Pipe headquarters moved to Santa Fe Springs, CA. Situated on 10.5-acres, this facility houses a 16,000 square foot office building and a 30,000 square foot warehouse with cutting, threading and grooving capacity. |
| 1990 |
SeAH Steel Corp. purchased State Pipe & Supply. |
| 1996 |
State Pipe expands into water works products by purchasing West Coast Pipe Linings. |
| 2001 |
Kent and Vancouver operations are consolidated in Vancouver, WA. The storage yard is expanded to 8.2-acres with a 20,000 square foot warehouse. |
| 2003 |
Rialto sales office opened on 24-acre parcel
with sawing
and grooving capabilities.
Northern California Div. sales office opened in Richmond, CA.
